Hi,

Is there any standard transaction to delete mass no of sales order with out doing any bdc?

It is not happnening in VL10a

Pls help

Hi Jack,

As rightly said by Muthyalappa there is no standard way to delete the sales order. But you can always assign a REASON for REJECTION to a Sales order in Mass.

Use T-code MASS .

Use Object Type = BUS2032

& Execute

GOTO to Fields TAB and search for Field name VBAP-ABGRU. Select the same & Execute. System will ask your for Range for Sales document. Give the proper Input & Execute.

After executing the same system will ask you the NEW value for this field in the sales order. Enter the proper REASON FOR REJECTION in the New Values field and Select the Icon CARRY OUT A MASS CHANGE and SAVE the document.

After this go and check the Sales order it should have the newly assigned REASON FOR REJECTION. This is as good as blocking / deleting the Sales order.

TEST THE SAME TAKING 1 SALES ORDER AND THEN GO IN FOR A RANGE.
