Activating Object in IR - Getting Null Pointer Exception

Hello,

I'm having trouble activating object in my Intergration Repository. When I activate any object I get a null pointer exception. Below is the exception:

Hi Jeff,

I assume, it has to do with your namespaces. Please control, whether the namespaces in your objects are the same as registered in your software component.

Thanks for your assistance. I'm not sure what you mean by 'Please control, whether the namespaces in your objects are the same as registered in your software component.' Do I need to configure something in the software component in the SLD?

Thanks for the information. I applied the change according to Note 859465. The issue has re-appeared once but I re-started XI and it appears to be ok now.

Hi Jeff,

Did you note the error dump regarding version? maybe something related to version, because jdk 1.5.0 used to give me null pointer exception!

Check this topic..

Check if your jdk version is in between 1.4.7 and 1.5.0 and not greater than 1.5.0. Ensure you haven't upgraded your jdk to 1.5.0!
