Hello Gurus,

My customer address data is different between APO and R/3 system. Can anybody tell me how can the system force to transfer the customer data to APO location data?

Any help can be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Tiger

Well an initial transfer of the customer master via CIF should transfer customer address data from R/3 to APO. The steps are as below:

1. Exclude the specific customer location from existing ative integration model

2. Activate it (now active integration model does not have the customer locations)

3. Remove exclusion condition and generate the integration model (now the customer is back in the integration model)

4. Activate new integration model. This is force initial transfer of the customer master from R/3 to APO.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

somnath

Hi tiger,

Just follow these steps (they are performed in R/3):

1. CFM1 - Generate the IM for your customers

2. SE38 -> Program RIMODINI - Initial Transfer

3. CFM2 - Deactivate the integration model activated in step 2

4. CFM7 - Delete the deactivated IM

Could you please tell me some detail information about your previous reply?

How can we exclude the specific customer location from existing ative integration model?

How can we remove exclusion condition?
