Hi Friends,
I am working on APO demand planning. The scenario is like this:
There are two key figures (let us say A and B). I have calculated proportional based on historical data of key figure A. Now I am putting certain forecast in key figure B at aggregate level (it has disaggregation based on A). Now when I disagregate B to two products forecast the proportional factor is not taken care of. Is there any setting to solve this? Or is there any macro which copy the aggregated value to lower level and disaggregate based on proportional factor.
Thanks and Best Regards, Manoj
You need to save the changes before you can see the effects of a proportional factor.
Try this.
I hope this can help you.
Regards.

Initialise your Forecast in Key Figure B at aggregate level.I.e make it 0 and save.
Once done Put your forecast value at the aggregated level.
The reason for the above step is if you change the numbers directly in Keyfigure for Forecast at the aggregated level the disaggregation will be Prorata i.e based on the numbers already existing at the disaggregated level..
Once you delete the Forecast numbers at the aggregated level and after saving enter the new forecast numbers it will disaggregate based on the Proportions of the other Key Figure.

Abhishek
