Gurus here is the scenario

Item level at sales order should split the material interms of quantity

ex incase I enter material to be 502 pcs

The Line item should split into following two line items

10 pallets ( 1 pallete containing 50 pieces of the same material)

2 pieces

You can check by maintaining sale Unit in material master the impact of the same. Ideally it will not split in 2 line item. To split into 2 line item, you may have to use some field exit & get it coded accordingly.

It is however not recommended.

hi brend

i think it ispossibleif u canmaintain palletization and maxstorage bin capaciy data in MMR...WM1/2 VIEWS... say some where around 600 kgs.if the line item exceeds the given max weight 600 kgsautomatically it goes to other line item.

for all the above thins u have maintain settings in the ware house management.
