How to create excise invoice with reference thorugh credit memo

Excise Invoice cannot be created with reference to Debit or Credit Memo. Not supported in Standard SAP.

Excise Invoice can be created for Delivery Related Billing & Debit & Credit Memos are Order Related Billing.
