hi,

what is the difference betwen the item types

value item, standard item

non stock items & value items

service with delivery(DIEN) and service w/o delivery(LEIC) as seervice items does not have any delivery what is the use of the DIEN ?

with examples preffered ?

Hi,

DIEN is a prefabricated non configurable material (Stand alone services) ex: media retention (no changes can be done) where as it is sold as a standalone service

KMAT: whereas KMAT is a configurable material with characteristics and class

example is house which you can specify the no of rooms, the no of doors, windows ... so everything can be configured as per the requirement
