BPM Usage Checklist: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/43/d92e428819da2ce10000000a1550b0/content.htm

While designing BPM u must always keep onething in mind.In the above help look for Resource Consumption.

Hey,

Consider if some one asks whtz Exchnage Infrastructure >?

XI provides open integration technology that supports porcess centric based collaboration amonf sap and non sap components both with in and beyond enterprise boundaries.

Now concept of process in XI is acheived through CCBPM.

CCBPM: It drives and control complex business process across business applications and beyond enterprise boundaries. Entire process life cycled is covered including design, automation, execution, Monitoring, Analysis and Optimization.

Best way to explore BPM
