XSL Map refresh does not work

Hi all,

my scenario

1. receives a DEBMAS IDOC from SAP (IDOC adapter)

2. maps it by an XSL amp

3. sends it to a 3rd party (3rd party adapter)

I had an error in the XSL map. So i

a) fixed the error, uploaded the map to the Rep. Builder and refreshed the Engine cache.

b) then i resend the errornous message in RWB a couple of times to no avail

But: the changed map takes no effect, i still get the "old" errornous message out from the mapping.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Gregor

Hi,

Check whether your new Message Mapping is activated and try to delete the Meta data in Idx2 and try

1) Delete old XSL from IR

2) Ensure interface mapping references the new XSLT

3) Test your interface mapping in IR

4) Refresh cache (via http://...cpacache url)

5) In ID delete interface determination and reconfigure with new mapping

6) ABAP cache refresh via SXI_CACHE

check cache notifications in SXI_CACHE and cache log in ID.

this should solve it... especially steps 2 & 3

Naomi,

I think the problem is you are resending the failed message only. Rather than that I would suggest you to send a new message and see. If you activated both the message and interface mapping it will take the new mapping only.
