Dear Rajeev,
Export of CCM item data (while not impossible) is extremely difficult due to the clustered table structure used for CCM item data, it is advised that you do not attempt this extraction! There is an option to extract the schema from any catlaog through the CAT (Download Schema button) and based on the fact that if you have a catalog with data, chances are you have uploaded this data with a CSV or XML file (unless you manually created everything) then you could just use this file you already have to provide to your vendor with some modifications if required.
