Hello SAP Prof,

If i want to send the samples (sample of the goods )to the customer, what is the document or the process that we follow in SD.

Hi Rajesh,

You can do this in SAP SD. You can follow the Business Process like Free of Charge Delivery for which the item is not price ( Item Category TANN) relevant but delivery relevant.

You have a seperate document type for this or u can customize your own Document type.
