Cfolder DMS

Hi gurus,

Can we access data from DMS in Cfolder via link or so?

our architecture is

Cfolder >> repository >> DMS

R/3 >> DMS

my requirement is that

i shd be able to assign a document in DMS to document in cfolder.

i dont want to replicate the docuemtn.

i.e. i dont want to upload the document in Cfolder.

after clicking document in Cfolder it should take me to DMS.

Is it possible?

Hi Niranjan,

generally it should be possible to link a document info record to cFolders.

Therefore you have to maintain the necessary object in customizing and define it for specific document types.

Plesae see the entry in the WIKI on how to maintain the necessary settings for object link behavior under the following link:

Further you have to do some customizing for cFolder too. You will find all necessary information on this settings also in the SAP Online Documentation under http://help.sap.com

can you please help me in customising on cfolder side and R/3 side.

which screen no i shd ass. i checked in R/3 for cv130 funcitno grp by SE80.

however i cud nt get nay screen for cfolder?

im nt sure what i shd do?
