Cad title block cofig docs required

Hi All.

I am also working on the integration of CAD integration with mySAP PLM.

I am using AutoCAD 2007.

As per the settings suggested in this thread, I have already completed it.

Still, I am facing the problem with Title Block field Mapping.

In this regard, I have done following steps:

1. Title Block Bordering is done.

2. Customizing for SAP--> CAD is completed.

3. Customizing for CAD--> SAP is done.

While saving the Drawing document using DIR, the Document number, version etc details do not replicate to the CAD desktop.

Can anybody help me out in this?

Hi Rahul,

I believe you are using CIDEON interface of AutoCAD with SAP,

Have you done all the CFG file settings? i.e. "TbkMapping"

& "SystemCfg" settings

First:

We have used a Function Module to call the Title block "CAD_GET_TITLE_BLOCK_DATA" & included under "ZXCADRU01"

here we have defined all the myfields to be mapped in the TbkMapping

HI Rehman,

I am very thankful to you regarding the help extended.

Yes we are using cideon integrator.

However, I have checked the settings at my end and also made some new settings as per the answer. Still it's not working at my end.

Querry 1:

Can you please suggest me the correct value format for Tbkmapping.

Here the by default format is %FIELD(DOC_DOCUMENTTYPE) -

& so on.

Shall I go and change it to %DOC_DOCUMENTTYPE?

Querry 2 :

Also in the SAP Menu>Document> ......

we can only see the option as actualize title border but no option is visible for Title block.

Please advise.

Hi Rehman,

The Document Decription, Type, Version..... etc are not getting transferred to CDesk.

Can you please forward me some more docs regarding basic integration steps too.

I t will be helpful to me in checking my basic settings and set up of the process.
