Name of runtime error : CONNE_IMPORT_WRONG_COMP_TYPE

this error comes everyday, as basis user. It is related to database MONI,

can anybody help

Hi,

We had faced the same issue and it got resolved by note 1000275.The note is detailed and self-explanatory.There are a variety of notes available for the same issue but note 1000275 gives the best solution according to me.

Is there any actual data, or data is only for history of tablespace in MONI database

Hi,

The data is the history of the tablespace only..there is no 'actual' user data.

Also in the same note , there is a way to backup the data...so you can always have the archived data which can be viewed when required.

So,i feel that this is a safe way to backup the data and aviod the ABAP dump.

A quick search for oss notes shows that there are several causes for this error. If your system was recently updated (or support packages where applied), oss note 997535 might be worth a try.

If this does not match your problem, post more information here (most of this information is written in the short dump):

- name of the ABAP causing this error

- name of the table affected

- history of you system (recent upgrades, recently applied basis support packages, ...)
