Inconsitencies in Structures

Hi,

We are currently upgrading to SRM 5.0, Whilst trying to "Copy a Users and Employee Data from Template" under transction USERS_GEN, we encounter the following error:

Cannot read queue data

Diagnosis

The data in the delta queue for DataSource are inconsistent. The

structure that was used to put the data in the queue, can no longer

be reconstructed.

Procedure

Delete the queue data and restart the delta extraction. If there is

a danger that this will cause inconsistencies in BW, you must

reinitialize the delta update.

<b>Findings</b>

I found that tcode USERS_GEN fails on execution of the following datasoure 0BP_DEF_ADDRESS_ATTR. I compared the fields of this datasource sitting in SRQ (SRM 5.00) with the same datasource sitting in SRP (BBPCRM 4.0). The datasource has additional fields. So I suspect that there maybe differences in the structures sitting in SRQ and BW.

How would I go about replicating 0BP_DEF_ADDRESS_ATTR to BW?

Any help on resolving this issue would be appreciated,
