at the time of creating excise invoice for depo sales i am getting this error how can i ?

"G/L account 400010 not maintain in chart of account INT"

Hi,

Ask u r FI/CO Consultant to maintain the that G/L inthe Chart of accounts.

u get the this error while posting in to the accounting.

Create G/L Account using T.Code: FS00. Normally G/L account is created by FI Person.

Creating G/L account should resolve your issue.

Hi Srinivasa,

This error does come when a G/L account is not created for Chart of Accounts and Company code. For this use T-code FS00 and enter the G/L acc here and use the CREATE icon on the top. Here a 1st TAB of Type/description is very IMP.

Here either take help of the FI consultant to maintain the required fields or refer a GL A/c which is similar to this GL and Create the GL in specified Chart of accounts and company code.

I think G/l Account is not maintained. You can create using FS00 and take the help of FI Consulatant

Hi Use T.code - VKOA assign that particular G/L A/C.
