Where are my points?

Hello, hopefully this is the right place for posting this.

I used to post regularly in the 1st quarter of this year and had some couple hundread points.

Now I don't see any against my name. One possible thing is I got a new user id. But my email id and name is the same.

Is there a way to retrive my points or get that userid back which had the points?

Userids and points can be consolidated. Please send a request to sdn@sap.com

You will need to provide the userids that need to be combined and you will need to establish which userid you are presently going to use. Points can then be migrated to the new userid and the old one will be eliminated. The only exception is if your userid was removed for reasons of forum abuse or misuse and your former id was deleted as a result. In that case, obviously, the ID is irretrievable.

Thanks a lot Marilyn. I emailed them as you suggested. The points were not a lot but you know I earned them answering questions. .

Anyway, I think the forum is good. The moderators , including you are doing a nice job. Keep it up.
