Logical System is not in Customizing

Hi all,

For a specific Supplier, the users below it cannot buy the itens. For example, once they choose the catalog, the item and then finish the purschase it comes up a pop up message "Logical System is not in Customizing. Inform System administrator". I already check every custo here but did not find yet a clue...

does anyone could possibly now what is going on?

Hi,

Do you have a logical system in your catalogue call structure ? (SRM SPRO)

Did this issue happens for non catalog purchase with same user ?

Hi,

Yes I have. Actually we buy only for catalog here, and it seems that no matters which user you put under this organizational unit, the problem persists.

Know what could be?

Hi,

If possible , could you buy without catalogue just to eliminate a business case.

If for non catalogue purchase , the error still occurs thne you probably have a customizing error.

If it works, then we have to focus on the catalog flow side.

A important information is that the user can buy from anyother supplier, but this especific one he cannot buy anything....could be a problem on the supplier?

Hi,

What is your scenario ? classic, ECS , local ?

Please check the vendor master in TA BBPMAININT especially if you have the correct backend logical suystem and value in the vendor tab.

I checked the BBPMAININT but it seems to be right.....The logical system is there....

I don't know where else I can check....

Hi,

Again, can you buy without catalogue on this vendor ?

And check that you didn't set a wrong vendor SRM Id in the catalogue call structure.

Do you have specific badi code or rules for this supplier ?
