List of users who have not logged on for 30 days and more

Hello

I need to find list of users who have not logged on for 30 days

and more.

I know I can go in SUIM and select User->By Logon date and

password change

But in the "Logon change and password change" box , I can only

put a numeric value and I need to put something like >30 since I

need users who have not logged on 30 days or more. If I put 30

then it will give me a list of user who have logged in last 30

days.

How do I get list of users who have not logged for 30 or more

days?

what version are you on? Newer versions have a field for No. days since last logon.

and when you put in a number in that field it returns logons > that what's entered which seems like what you are looking for.

You mean to say if I put 30 in "No. days since last logon", it will give me list of users who have not logged on 30 days or more?

I was under the impression that it will give me list of users who have logged in last 30 days?

Please advice.

The version I'm on only list users who have not logged on in 30 or more days.

I'm on ECC 6.0 here and don't have access to a CRM box at the moment.

You can verify the results by comparing them to the table entries in USR02 TRDAT field.

Ben

If I'm not wrong then ECC 6.0 is based on NetWeaver 7.0 (aka "2004s").

In that case have a kind look on SAP Note 862989: you can configure the system to restrict the lifetime of "idle" passwords. Maybe that's what you are actually looking for?
