SUS logoff problem - session do not close

Hello all,

I have configured Supplier Self Services 3.0 (SRM 5.0, SRM_SERVER 550) with internal ITS.

When I click on the logoff button, the same page opens again, and I'm not able to logoff until I close all browser windows.

I already set parameter ~EXITURL in service SRMSUS in transaction SICF (analog to service bbpstart in EBP application), but it did not help.

On BSP application SRMSUS I found no exit parameters to set in controller main.do or in page default.htm.

Any ideas?

Hello Atul,

sorry, the notes did not help: three are for SRM_SERVER 500 and the one for SRM_SERVER 550 (982035) is already implemented with Service Pack 04.

Nevertheless, I implemented Note 982035 again, but it didn't work.

I guess I have to ask SAP.

Hi Disha,

thanks for the fast reply.

Unfortunately, both notes aren't useful: They apply to SRM_Server 500 but I have 550 (page default.htm looks totally different), and I have no portal integration.
