How many time one can get EWA reports from SAP

Hi all,

1.How many times one customer can get EWA Reports from SAP?

2.how many times SAP will provide total system analysis?we need to pay for this or not?

Please kindly let me know where can I get complete details about EWA Report and EWA alert services information.

--> once a week, it is free and if you have solution manager installed, it should manage it.

2.how many times SAP will provide total system analysis?we need to pay for this or not?

--> there are 2 kinds of reports:

--> Earlywath alert is free

--> Early watch is free 2 times a year (note the word ALERT)

Hi Eric,

Is that possible we can configure local solution manager system and satellite systems to generate EWA report without saprouter and SAPOSS rfc connection to SAP?

Hi,

You can setup the solution manager locally...but with SAP router and SAPOSS connections you can not generate the EWR.

SO the answer for the question is NO
