Formatting error to specific user

Hy Guys

I've a create a smartform that run correctly with some user and different client. Only for one user I've a formatting error, This user has the same printer of the others users but only for this The function module of the smartform retrives the formatting error 1.

Someone knows the problem and can help me?

may be that user has no authorization of accessing the form.

Do check authorization. Basis guys can help you on this.

This could be the reasons

1. Check the sum of all Widths with Total Width of the Table they should be equal.

2. Check the height aswell.

3. Check if any text is overlapping.

4. Check this note 820106.

5. .Sometimes the text may exceed the lenght of the cell,check that case also.

Best solution to comment the function module exceptions in your program and it will take you to dump.

I'va a authorization problem I've tried to run the function module of the smartform from se37 transaction. The function module retrives this result

"No authorization for graphic access (BDS)"

Can I add this authorization to that user?

Yes, you can add authorization to that user, if not consult basis

Ok, I think that I must to go on PFCG transaction but I don't know the name of the role that I've to insert and the name of the Authorization. You konw these names?

Goto PFCG and press F4, assign the role reading the description. I'm also not sure on this. don't forget to close and reward points to all useful answers.
