Mandatory condition PR00 is missing

Hi Guru's,

While creating a salesorder it was giving an error that mandatory condition pr00 is missing.I have checked for condotion records in vk13 ,everything was fine..but i dont know why it was showing that error..plz help me out.

this is very common error you will get

goto OVKK and check weather you have assigned the sales area with your pricing procedure or not

and check weather your order type has been assigned to your sales are or not

S&D salessales doc header--assign sales area to sales doc types

hi,

kindly see the date & time settings in your system under control panel. if it is mentioned in the current year and date(ex- if it is like the year 2010, date- 8th, then the pricing will not be determined).

when everyting is ok, then follow the steps.

1. step. create condition types for basic price, discount, freight and taxes by copying from the std. one.

transaction code= vok0 or this menupath follow.

IMG- SD- BASIC FUNCTIONS - PRICING- PRICING CONTROL - CREATE CONDITION TYPES.

2. Create condition tables thru the same menu path.

a. for basic price - 3 tables

b. for discounts k004, k005, k007 - each 1 tables

c. for freight - 1 tables.

d. for tax - 1 table.

while u r creating the tables, pl. see the fields u r selecting. to findout whether the selected fields are right or wrong? after creating the fields, check with technical view on the tab screen. if it is like HIENR, Then the pricing will not determined.

3. Then create the Access Sequence for the tables thru the same menu path.

4. maintain those created in your pricing procedure (like ZVAA01)under control data. then save it.( Tips: u can create your own pricing procedure or copy it from the std. RVAA01 and maintained ur conditioned types which u have created).

5. step. maintain this pricing procedure to ur sales areas by selecting new entries.

6. after all maintain the condition records thru VK11 for ur materials in each condition types.

finally u create the sales order and see , the same error will not throw.

note: even see the tax determination rule in ur system.

Hi

In the sales order->item condition tab, click on analysis button to go to pricing analsys screen. In the pricing analysis screen click on condition type PR00, it will show all access sequences for PR00 . Click on each access sequence and you will get details of why condition record is not picked up

Check PR00 Condition Type in T.Code: V/06

Ensure that the option for Manual condition is maintained as 'C' i.e manual entry had priority, which will enable to allow manual entry in Item level also.

Also check condition record in VK12 & the validity of the condition type.

check the key combination for which u maintained conditino record. you can find that also in the sales order > item > conditions , click the analysis button.

You will know for which key comb. the condition is maitained, rectify accordingly.

best way is to check in VA02 (or VA12 or va42 whatever document)

go to item-> Condition then click on Analysis tab, there you will get the information if PR00 is available trough access sequence or not?? and with what keys.

If it is avaiable and not set then check the requirement in pricing procedure

and if it is not available then check

the key combination in analysis and for that combination maintain PR00

Pls check the assignment in <b>OVKK </b>and check u r sales area,cust.pp, doc pp and assignment

Also check for the mandatory and manual button in pricing procedure in V/<b>08</b>

Mandatory condition PR00 is missing can come because of any one and/all of the following :

1. Pricing Date differs from the valid from and valid to of the condition record PR00

2. The service rendered date differs from the valid from and valid to of the condition record PR00

3. The combination parameters for the access sequence in PR00 differs from the condition record master and the sale order.

4. System takes time for data updation.

If not, perform update pricing conditions and check again
