Hi All,

I have changed the quantity and price of a PO in SUS(Purchase Order Response). It has come to MM as IDOC and is successful.

Could you please tell me where can i see that PO (excluding ME23N) and what are the steps needed to follow (including transaction technical names...like ME23N MIGO VL33N) and etc....

Your help will be appriciated...thanks in advance

Regards,

Jagan

Hi

Please specify the SUS / MM version details.

Assign the standard SAP roles to the logon user. Ask BASIS person to help you out.

SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR

Note - SAP SUS roles are delivered inactive with SAP Enterprise Buyer. If you use SAP SUS, you can set the roles to active and process the role menu during the implementation phase.

Meanwhile, go through the following SAP OSS Notes ->

Note 543544 - SUS: Extended Classic Scenario for EBP not supported

Note 756472 - SUS-MM: Processing of PO response for rejected items

Note 935158 - SUS: error message (Editing not allowed)

Note 1045984 - Items disappear when processing SUS Purchase Order

Note 1064135 - SUS-MM: Processing of PO response for rejected items

Note 735961 - SRM40-SUS: Incorrect interlinkage PO - PO response

Hope this will help. Do let me know.

Hi Atul,

I know the roles that need to be assigned. Just wanted to know how can i see the PO and what are the steps needed to follow from there on when i change the PO Quantity and Price.

I need technical transaction names that are used only in MM.

Thanks

Hi

Please try the following Transactions

BBP_SUS_BP_ADM

and

BBP_PD

BBP_PD ->To check if PO is created successfully in SRM,

use transaction BBP_PD and search for doc type BUS2230 (SUS PO): you will get all created docs. If you find it, but not with your user, it might be because of your SUS user.

You can also check using WE02 / WE07 transactions.

Hope this will help.
