account determination problem

hi ppl

I am facing an account determination error. I have created an account key ZS1 and assigned a GL to it. I have included the key in pricing procedure. However, at the time of billing, it says that the account key not found. Any idea why? What needs to be checked?

Hi,

Check once again if you done the assignment in VKOA or OB40(if it is defined for tax).

If this assgnment is done correctly then check in the pricing procedure if you have assigned the key to correct condition type.

Check account determination analysis.

Hi Tahir,

I think it is the problem of Updation. Sometimes system takes time to update the changes. Considering that you have done the customization correctly do the following:while creating the Billing document go to Item--> conditions and double click the Condition type. Here you can see the Acc Key for that condition type.

Please try creating a fresh cycle.
