Hi Prasad,
If possible, can u briefly go through below questions in the discussion.
In XI 2.0 we had to design business scenarios separately in integration repository & Integration directory. In XI 3.0 if we design business scenario in integration repository, will it be visible in integration directory too ?
Message monitoring in XI3.0 vs XI2.0 ?
Any enhancements in Runtime Workbench ?
Initiation of email messages for failed messages ?
thanks & Regards
Mathew
Hi Mathew,
Below are the Answers for your questions.
1. In XI-3.0 , You define the Business Scenario in Int Rep. This definition is something you want to display your business scenario graphically using Swim lanes, and actions. This object is not visible Integration Directory. In Integration Directory You define a Scenario and assign the other directory objects like Party, Service, Business System etc. This scenario definition is not related to the one in Int Rep. Only in case of a Business Process, you inherit the Process name from the repository into the scenario in the Int. Directory.
2. Message Monitoring in Xi3.0 can be seen from the Runtime Workbench, and also from the ABAP side using Tr: SXMB_MONI.
3. Enhancements in RWB include Component Monitoring, Message Monitoring, End to End Monitoring, Performance Monitoring, Alerts etc.
4. You can send an email alert to the corresponding initiator if the message erors out. This configuration has to be done in the Alert Configuration part of the RWB.
Thanks
Prasad
