Upgrading SP 09 to SP 20

Hi

I am on XI 3.0 with SP 09 and wanted to upgrade the SP to 20.

My query is

Can I upgrade to SP20 directly from SP09 from service market place ?

or

Do I have to upgrade one after one (sp10, sp11..sp12......finally sp20)

Yes you can.

Log onto http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks and select current version and target version - select XI and download all the contents and then follow the guide...

thr is a tab "Get Down Load Manger", which contains the details how to download and system requirements etc.

yes, you can. No need of upgrading SP09 to SP10 and 11 and so on.
