Hi Pradhan,
As other friend has told, you need to gather the information in the form of Business Blue Print i.e. AS-IS (Currently/Existing Processes which organization is following for Plant Maintenance), and TO-BE (mapping to be done in SAP i.e. its transactions and processes available in SAP)
Then based on this Blue Print of Processes agreed, you need to start configurations in SPRO i.e IMG i.e Implementation Guide
so, if you have any specific requirement or need to configure any process then let SDN Forum know, so that anyone can help you in configuration.
If You can provide your email id, then i shall forward you the Configuration Document as well a Sample Blue Print document on PM

Hi,
Just in short: First you have to understand the requirements and business process. This will give you the understanding how you have to customize your installation structures, necessary plant maintenance orders and notifications (for modifications, shut down, repairs etc.).

Paul
