Dear All,

Whenever I create a sales order, an error comes "fiscal year variant is not defined" followed by a window stating "factory calendar missing or error in factory calendar". Can anyone of you help, reward points are assured. In CCA, I've put nothing in FY Variant box (I put K4 before).

"fiscal year variant is not defined" - for this error, refer the query to FI consultant. He may not have assign fiscal year variant in CAO (Chart of Accounts) or other relevant place.

"factory calendar missing or error in factory calendar" - Check if the factory calender is maintained at Shipping Point level or not. Also check if Factory calender is maintained at other relevant places.

Hi Konda,

Are you sure tcode is OBYC? Even if I try OBYC ther's no relevant thing I can see. Can anything be done in Cr. ctrl Area definition, since there's a field by "Factory Calendar and FY variant". Though error displays to define FY Variant in Company code but then also there's no such field in Co code screen. Also Factory Calendar defined should be same always or can be different?
