i have activated insp type 06 in mtrl master.system is generating the insp lots also for return delivery.

but in SPRO, i have not assigned lot origin 06 to delivery type LR(or any other delivery type)

then how system is generating the insp lot?

Hello Sandip,

if you have activated the inspection type 06 in the material master, then an inspection lot will be created for customer returns when the material movement 651 is used for example.

The issue named in the customizing enables you to define if you want to use this functionality for all return delivery types or only certain delivery types.

Default setting here from SAP is LR is set to 06 inspection origin.
