Hi

Iam Getting following error while testing Configuration.

Error in Reciver Determination :

HTTP connection to ABAP Runtime failed. Error: 403 Forbidden URL: http://dx2serv.eud.schneider-electric.com:8000/sap/xi/simulation?sap-client=600 User: XIDIRUSER

HTTP connection to ABAP Runtime failed : 403 : forbidden

the reason for this error is a missing active service in transaction sicf-->

look at note 858049

Once you have activated the service, the error should not appear any more.

1) check SLD -> Business landscape

click on your XI system and check Pipeline URL. It should be something like:

http://<XI host>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

the default port is 8000

2) check also in Administration -> Exchange Profile -> Connections and choose:

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.httpport

it should be 8000 (in the case of default settings)

3) Refresh SLD cache

One more thing - Has a connection been established between your R3 and Xi in case of ABAP proxy ??

dinesh,

can you test ur connection setting from XI to ABAP. /sap/xi/engine?type=entry. in SXMB_ADM tcode also check whether role of the sytem is correct in SLD also.
