User Mapping

Hello all,

At the moment we are heavily in discussion to implement one Solution Manager for our complete group. Due to have a unique user ID on a central Solution Manager, we need a mapping between the solution manager user and the user on the satellite systems.

Has anybody an idea, some recommendations or experience how to deal with such a situation?

Hi,

It is better to have a unique id on all the systems.

whatever id you have created for the users on solman server same should be there on other systems.

In this way you can create users easily once to be create profile also created once for them and FROM service desk point of view we need to create a BP or business partner which wil be easy to create if we have unique id on all the system for one user.
