if i want to use same QPlan for insp type 04,06 & 10.

can i use it by changing the usage in SPRO for insp type 06 & 10 from 6 to 5?

there wont be any problem anyehere?

yes you can do that without any problem, provided all the plants in the client have same requirement, otherwise it would be clashes of requirements. Because this settings are at client level.

many of the qm configuration is at client level,. The only check i would say is that since they cannot be configure plant wise, in the sense there is no plant coming in picture when you do this configuration, hence these are client level.
