We are working with SRM based scenario with given details

<b>Software Component: SAP SRM SERVER 5.5

Namespace : http://sap.com/xi/SRM/SupplierEnablement/Global

Message Mapping name: MM2SUSGoodsReceipt</b>

When we post the idoc from r/3 system , we get following error

transformation: Cannot produce target element /ns:ServiceAcknowledgementInformation/ServiceAcknowledgement/Item.

<i><b>When we open the Message Mapping name: MM2SUSGoodsReceipt in repository to check the source message</b></i>

I get this error

<b>Source message IDoc: STPPOD.DELVRY03 does not exist in the software component version 602e6440-35c9-11d6-b39e-efe50a1145a5

Check whether the software component version 602e6440-35c9-11d6-b39e-efe50a1145a5 is in the Integration Repository. If necessary, install the software component version 602e6440-35c9-11d6-b39e-efe50a1145a5 or a newer version</b>

I think it is clearly mention in the error message :

STPPOD.DELVRY03 does not exist in the software component version

Can you please confirm availibility of STPPOD.DELVRY03 in the system ?

we faced same problem with MDM in T-systems regarding MATMAS.

Please create or / check the STPPOD.DELVRY03 exist in the software component version 602e6440-35c9-11d6-b39e-efe50a1145a5 ( SLD ) .
