Archeive the print priview

Hi friends....when we click on print priview related to sapscript or smartforms i am able to see the print priview but i am not able to archeive(save) it on to my desktop.

It is an urgent requirement .........

Dear Anand,

During print preview itself you have an option for new spool request.

Please check the New Spool request.

Do the Print preview and come out it will create a new Spool Requst - note down the Spool request name

Go to Tcode SP01 and the see whether the Spool requst which you have noted exists.

Go to SE38 and type in a program name RSTXPDFT4 and give in the Spool Request name int that and then give the path where you want to store the PDF fiel which will be generated.

This will download a PDF file of your print preview output.

Dear venu.....pls let me know where can we get the NEW SPOOL REQUEST option in the print priview page..

i am able to see only OWN SPOOL REQUEST option in system(at menu bar).

Try to click print preview, you will see a print option, click on the print option and save it in your spool request (Tcode SP02) , now goto SE38, Execute program RSTXPDFT4 and download the output or pool request to your local system.

Hi,

For saving it on desktop, first convert it into PDF & then use Gui_download function module.
