SDCCN report - Data not understood

Hi

We recently upgraded our bw system to BI 7.0, and everything was working fine. Now, it looks like the SDCCN data is not understood by SAP. We configured this BI system with one of our Solution manager system for eraly watch. Am able to get the report in my SAP inblox, but am getting data not understood in the report.

How to fix this? What are the prerequisites for SDCCN? Whats the major difference between SDCC and SDCCN? Help..greatly appreciated.

Dear Subbiah,

What do you mean by Data not understood ? What is the exact content of the Report ?

Have you executed RTCCTOOL on the system to find out the gaps in the Service Tools ?
