BBPSTART service doen't start after upgrade to SP12

We recently upgraded the SPs to level 12 in SRM 4 (SRM server 5) with integrated ITS. However after the the upgrade, we cannot login through the BBPSTART page. It just doesn't give any error except for a javascript:void(0) error on the status line.

- We already have the services published (system, Webgui, bbpstart etc.)

- the entris in the twpurlsvr table is fine

- we have a FQDN mentioned in the URL

- All services under ITS activated.

Has anybody experienced this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

This problem has been solved.

Found the services SAP/BC & SAP/BC/Gui/SAP/ITS/BBPSTART having Basis authentication type as "Internet User" instead of "R/3 Standard User" . Changed it & it started working. This could be a problem related to SP upgrade as we had upgraded to SP 12 for Basis & ABAP & SP 6 for SRM.
