EBP/SUS one client

Hi experts

I am in SRM 5.5 ECS and configuring EBP/SUS in one client and I have a problem in XI connection, in define backenfd systems I configurated

...Logical system for R/3

...One for SRM that is defined as local, system type EBP_SUS and assigned to an SLD

But when I try to transfer PO from EBP to SUS the system dysplais a message that NO SLD ASSIGNED TO LOGICAL SYSTEM.

Is there something wrong with my backend system?

I need to define other backend system to SUS and how it must be configurated?

There is other configutration to do with XI?

thanks

Nilson

You have only defined SLD for EBP only .

If you have both EBP and SUS on the same client still in XI you need to define the logical system once again in SLD for SUS.

i.e you need to repeat the logical system assignments in your SLD.

XI has to recognize that there are two different systems over here.

But in your SLD you have mapped only one logical system.

you need to distinguis between EBP and SUS.

Hope this helps

Hi Venugopal

My logical system for EBP and SUS is SRDCLNT500 my R/3 is DEVCLNT500

I defined in define backend systems;

Logical system.... Name..... ....RFC Dest.....Sis type....RFC....Local......SLD

DEVCLNT500.......XXXX.......DEVCLNT500....ERP_1.0.....X..........................

SRDCLNT500.......XXXX......SRDCLNT500.....EBP_SUS.............X...........EBP_BS

It's not work, error SLD NOT ASSGNED TO LOGICAL SYSTEM

I tried

DEVCLNT500.......XXXX.......DEVCLNT500....ERP_1.0.....X..........................

SRDCLNT500.......XXXX......SRDCLNT500.....EBP_ONE.............X...........EBP_BS

SUSCLNT500.......XXXX......SRDCLNT500.....SUS_ONE.............X...........EBP_BS

Hi Nilson,

do not tick the SUS entry as "local", but the RFC.

For the SLD entry give it the same entry like the SRM system.

DEVCLNT500.......XXXX.......DEVCLNT500....ERP_1.0.....X... EBP_BS

SRDCLNT500.......XXXX......SRDCLNT500.....EBP_SUS...X....EBP_BS

Hope it works.

Cheers,

Hi,

If you are using SRM 4.0 --> then the configuration guide is available on the service market place.

For Service Procurement ---> EBP-SUS scenario.

if you are using SRM 5.0 --> you have to use solution manager.
