vbak-kztlf is not filled in va01

In transaction VA01 vbak-kztlf field is not filled automatically from customer master record. I checked that the complete delivery flag is empty in the master record also in the sales document. How can i solve this problem?

Hi Kemal,

You have given answer to your own querry !

As you are saying that the field is Empty in customer master record,so system is copying the blank entry very rightly in sales order.

If you maintain any entery in customer master itself...then only you will find the entry in sales order

You can manually give option in the sales order also.

Possible options are

PD Short text

Partial delivery allowed

A Create a delivery with qty greater than zero

B Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)

C Only complete delivery allowed

D No limit to subsequent deliveries

I use the same sales area in VA01 as in the customer master.

In the customer master record "KZTLF = B" and "AUTLF is blank". But i see KZTLF = blank in VA01. I want to see "KZTLF = B" in VA01...

This is strange.

In my opinion, there is a problem. On my SAP syst., all informations which must be copied from the customer master to the Sales Order are copied automatically...

Hi Kemal,

I have tried the same scenario in my system but i am not facing such error.

When you enter B as option in customer master first system forces you to change the field Max number of partial deliveries from 9 to 1.

Because option B states as (Create only one delivery (also with quantity = 0)

But this entry with B/1 is getting populated in order .

I am not sure why you are facing this error

This field is in VBAP as it concern the delivery of the item.

It's seem to be obvious but do u create an order with the same salesorg, Dist.Channel, ... as it's defined in your customer master ( sales data ) ?

Or may be you are confusing KZTLF and AUTLF ( one is for item, the other one for the header : concerns the whole order )
