differences between netweaver 2004s sr1 and sr2

Hi

I would like to know is there is a patch level difference between SR1 SR2?

The reason is because I am looking at a version of Netweaver 2004s that is at patch level 10.

I want to use patch 12 but I have to install patch 8 or 10 before continuing to patch 12, long process

For Sr1

1. If your SLD is running on a seperate server, for example Solution Manager or another Web AS, then it's a good idea to configure that before you configure the PI server. Because ideally PI needs to be tightly woven into the SLD.

2. You can use the 2004 configuration guide. As far as I know that will work fine.
