Error: No authorization for graphic access (BDS)

Hello Everyone,

I am receiving this error when I try to run my smartform. This perticular piece of code is accessed from portal and R/3. From portal we are using a generic user. This error occuring when the request comes from portal. I am wondering authorizations for the generic user are not right. Please help me in figuring out the cause and solution for this error.

I met the same error and did the configs below. It works.

1. Edit your role with TCODE PFCG and click on Change Authorization Data. Here my role is Z_SD_D_SC or whatever in your system.

2. Click on Manually to add authorization objects. Input S_BDS_DS.

3. Set the authorization object fields as follows.

add the authority object S_BDS_DS to profile of corresponding role. tcode:pfcg

Hi G.J,

This is an authorization issue. Just tell you BASIS/ Security team, they will take care of it. Let me know if that works.
