How to make modifications in all clients

Hi All,

I modified Bill to address in script form in 200 client.

So those changes are not reflecting in other clients because forms are client dependent.

Now i want to those modifications in all other clients. How to do that.

But if i did changes in through RSTXR3TR program, will it creat new transport id in all other clients.

No no, it will not create new transport id in all clients, note: take lower TP #, i.e undermain TP where form is linked to. Just basing on the TP you are IMPORTING and EXPORTING form.

step 1 : go to tcode SCC1 in testing client..

step 2 : enter ur source client number and particular request

step 3 : select TEST RUN CHECK BOX and execute it.

now go to se71 in testing client and u find ur modified layout .

check it VL02n, to configure here get the help of ur functional consaltant

Hi,

Scripts are client dependents. So the changes will not take place in all the clinets. For cpying all the changes to other clinents you need to use TCode - SCC1. Create a change request for Script. Now login to the client in which you want to copy the changes. use SCC1 Tcode go for copy.

If you want to reflet the changes in all development clients, RUN program RSTXR3TR, in SE38

1)Transport request : TP #

2) MODE : <b>EXPORT</b>

Execute

Login to the desired client

RUN program RSTXR3TR, in SE38

1)Transport request : TP #

2) MODE : <b>IMPORT</b>

Execute

Now all your changes will be reflected in other clients.

Hi

First assign a dev class to that script while changing the script and creata a transport request in client 200.

then to transport it to other clients in the same DEV box use the SCC1 tcode and transport it

If you wants to transport it to other systesm like Quality or PRD you have to release the request from DEV and to transport the request using STMS taking the help of BASIS people
