you can search in SDN with key word "xmii". You can get many. My fav is "SAP xMII Getting Started Guide"

Apart from xMII Getting Started Guide (which is most useful), you can get the SAP xMII Best Practices Guide in pdf format at:

Hi,

At the place of <ServerName> you have to put your xMII server name or IP address.

Or after logging in to xMII portal you can click "Help Docs" on the top right corner.

All of the xMII documentation for both versions (11.5 and 12.0) are available online at help.sap.com.

The xMII Wiki here on SDN also has a lot of useful information.
