Check (and clear) import queue: STMS -> Import overview -> Goto/Import Monitor -> check and delete "hanging" entries.
Check (and clear) tables TRJOB i TRBAT.

Check (and clear) import queue: STMS -> Import
overview -> Goto/Import Monitor -> check and delete
"hanging" entries.
This does not work any more (as he said).
Check (and clear) tables TRJOB i TRBAT.
This is VERY dangerous and not a general solution and shouldn´t be done aside from being suggested by the SAP support. The root cause must be analyzed in order to get the system back to a consistent state again.
If you do as suggested and you got, depending on the phase the import stopped, a syntax error in the basis, one won´t be able to fix the error but by restoring a database backup.

You get an error message?

If your queue has passed a certain phase during patch application, thereu00B4s no way to "reset" the queue again.

Not necessarily. If parts of the patch are already imported you canu00B4t reset that. You need to fix the root cause.
Patches are uncarred in \usr\sap\trans\EPS\in
