I have a script, when i print this on LC01 SAP printer it is printing correctly but when the customer prints it on LOCL local printer some text missing. how to correct this
if any one knows please tell me
thanks & regards,
Pradeep Reddy M
Usually,
LC01 --> it takes SAP printer. that is configured in SAP.
LOCL --> it is the default printer(printer drivers installed in windows) that is available in windows. So, always there will be a change of missing few fonts families in the local printer.
To overcome this missing text change all your font family in your form to COURIER.

Hi,
I also faced the same problem.
Problem which I have faced mentioning below
The gross amount is not appearing for output type ZH00 for Language French and German for a particular printer WPL4 where as it is appearing for other printers (e.g: W1D6)
Previously the code is like this so it was not printed.
,,,,<B> Total gross amount &KOMK-FKWRT&</> ,,<B>
I have removed the space after Total gross amount and kept ,,,, in the place of space.
,,<B> Total gross amount,,,,&KOMK-FKWRT&</>
Follow the same procedure it will solve your problem.
Reward points if useful.

step 1 : go to tcode SPAD
step 2 : full adminstration and select page formate
step 3 : configure the particular local printer to your page formate
for example if ur page formate is DINA4 , see what are the printers configured alredy, if the particular printer is not related to ur page formate add ur page formate to particular printer type..
if u have any doubt in this get back to me,
if u find it's a usefull answer, reward it.
cheers

Hi,
Check for the fonts you have used and if the Printer model supports that fonts.

Is both printer settings are same. Does both are same kind of printers (Unicode or non-unicode) check with basis team. This mostly falls on basis side.
