Alerts are not working

Hi

I have created alert category and now doing testing , first time it worked fine and then it stopped working but when i test from RSALERTTEST then it works fine

Do i missing something? we are NW2004S SP11

Hey

goto alert configuration in RWB and make sure you have unckecked the "Suppress multiple alerts" button

I unchecked the "Suppress multiple alerts" button still no sucess

Any other clue

Hey

goto SLG1 and see if alerts are triggered.its possible that user is locked coz of several unsuccessful attempts.unlock user in SU01.

since the suppress multiple alerts was checked,alerts were not generated coz the first one waz not confirmed.
