Hello experts!
I am trying to transport organizational structure from a development environment to a QA environment (both SRM 5.o SPL 8). QA environment is completely "clean".
I was trying to use report RHMOVE30 with the following information:
Plan Version = 01
Object type = O
Reporting Period = ALL
Everything else is blank.
After executing report, I select all the results and put them in a transport (I only want to create the organizational structure, not transport employees, users, etc).
However, when I try to transport it to the QA environment, we get the following error:

RH_ACTIVATE_PDOBJECT_AFTER_IMP belongs to package SP00
The errors affect the following components:

Is it even possible to do it this way? I don't want to use the ALE distribution method, since it implies declaring the org structure numbers in the target system as "external".
I also checked table T77S0, and since I am only trying to transport the org. structure, I think the "default" is just fine...
I am missing something else that needs to be configured?
