Hi,
This is related to PI 7.0. I am new to PI.
When I go to http://pidev01:50000/mdt/index.jsp and choose "CPA Cache: History". I see lot of statuses in red.
I tried to refresh the CPA cache using http://pidev01:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full but it is still in red.
What should I do to rectify this and what does this red status indicate.
Thank you.
Sume
Sume,

Thank you all.
I did the cache refresh using http://s57ix100:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
and this time it was successfull and I could see that last entry was green with today's timestamp. I think it was not doing earlier because of an authorization issue.
Does that mean that I can disregard all the old in red colour because the lates one one green?
Please let me know.
Regards.
Sume.

Hi,
Try doing the complete cache refresh SXI_CACHE/CPA cache.
Also in ID if you see something red you can select that item and do a delta cache refresh and also try SLD Cache refresh .For SLD cache refresh
Goto XI Start Page. Click on the Administration link in the right top and go to cache overview. There you can clear the cache of SLD.
