Hi,
Could someone please tell me how to add extra column(Reference Document field)
in History table under the Follow-On documents in Check Status(Shopping Cart).
This reference document field must be populated with the value that is entered while creating confirmation.

You can add custom fields by referring to the SAP OSS Note - 672960 and 485891.
Using BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI / BBP_WF_LIST BADI, the required number can be populated. You need to create an active implementation with filter type - BUS2203 in this case.
<u>P.S. Read the standard SAP documentation of these BADIs using SE18 Transaction.</u>

Can you be more specific where exactly I need to add the field(In which structure) and in which BADI.
Is it in CI_BBP_ITEM_CONF(structure) and BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI (BADI)?
My requirement is to add the Reference document field after
Number in PRDCLT100 column in the HIstory table under Follow on Documents
check status SC.
