personalization data modified by upgrades?

is the adminstrator-based personalization data (as per the link

Hi Tiberiu,

the personalization data is stored in the PCD as Delta Links and they survive upgrades, if you have followed the rules described in the "Versioning" section of the document.

If I follow the rules specified in the "Versioning" section of the document, can you confirm that the values of the properties set through personalization will not be overwritten by an upgrade?

for example, if I change the tooltip text of a UI field from the standard SAP value to a customer value, after an upgrade, the tooltip text will show the customer value.
